About the Solution Agent
The PDF Association's Solution Agent supports both PDF technology users and PDF industry providers by making it easier for users to ask questions and find solutions.
A free, no-obligation service, the Solution Agent provides organizations and individuals (including PDF Association members) with a unique way to begin their search for PDF technology partners:
- Solution Agent users visit pdfa.org/solution-agent/ to submit requests for assistance with PDF technology.
- PDF Association staff quality-control requests, usually within 12 hours.
- Requests are broadcast to PDF Association Full and Partner members.
- Each member may respond to each request once.
- The requestor's email address is forwarded to the responder after a response is sent. Requesters can opt to review responses before their address is forwarded.
